Mr. Knight is a partner with the law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP, who brings with him over 25 years experience in securities and mining law. David's expertise is in the areas of public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and he represents both issuers and investment dealers on a regular basis. David's representation of numerous clients on property acquisitions and development, and his experience in closing large mining transactions will be of great assistance in helping Freegold continue to grow through in-house project developments and on-going acquisitions. David has been recognized as a recommended lawyer in the area of mining law by the LEXPERT Legal Directory, and has been designated as a "Best Lawyer in Canada" for 2007 in the area of Natural Resources Law. From August 2003 to December 2005 Mr. Knight was counsel with Miller Thomson LLP and prior to August 2003 was a partner with Macleod Dixon LLP.

Mr. Moore is a Director of Goldcliff Resource Corporation. He is a graduate from the University of British Columbia from the Faculty of Commerce (1976) and from the Masters of Business Administration program (1982). He has held junior and senor executive positions with various companies, including Agra Industries Ltd, Canuck Resources Corp. Trionics Technology Ltd, Trivest Management Inc., Global Securities Corporation, Pacific International Securities Inc. and HTI Ventures Corp.

Mr. Feeney has worked with several natural resource companies over the past decade. Before that, he worked in Japan, United Kingdom and the United States at different major investment firms. Mr. Feeney received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of BC and a MBA from the London Business School.

Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Tiomin Resources Inc. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate and Chartered Secretary with over 27 years experience in Canada and South Africa. Mr. Ramsden currently holds the positions of Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Tiomin Resources Inc., previously a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Sierra Minerals Inc., previously a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Heritage Explorations Ltd. Prior to his employment with Tiomin from 2002 to 2005 Mr. Ramsden initially held the position of Controller and Corporate Secretary of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. prior to his appointment to Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. From 1996 to 2001 Mr. Ramsden provided accounting, financial planning and administration functions to Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. and held the position of Director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the corporation from January 1999 to November 2001. Prior to assuming his position with Vaaldiam Resources Ltd. Mr. Ramsden held the position of Branch Accountant/ Administrative Manager with Castrol South Africa (Pty) Ltd. (1992 through 1996). Mr. Ramsden holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa, Johannesburg, South Africa and a C.I.S. He was a member of the Institute of Commercial and Financial Accountant of Southern Africa, and is an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada and Financial Executives International. |
