Ms. Walcott has worked in various capacities in the mining and mineral exploration industry for the past 20 years. Ms. Walcott has held administrative and field positions including General Manager of Orex Laboratories, a diamond sample processing facility and Mines Land Manager for Pacific North West Capital and CanAlaska Uranium Limited, both Vancouver-based mineral exploration companies with extensive land positions in Canada and the United States. In addition she was actively involved in the geophysical contracting industry where she assisted in remote-site field geophysical surveys for major and junior mining firms. Prior to her appointment and President and CEO Ms. Walcott was the the Company's VP Business Development since March 2005 where was responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the mining sector.

He was the founding principal of EuroZinc Mining Corporation and was largely responsible for the acquisition of the Aljustrel and Neves-Corvo zinc and copper mines in Portugal. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of EuroZinc from 1999 to 2005.

Prior to EuroZinc, Mr. Jackson was the exploration manager for Amoco Minerals/Cyprus Minerals in Canada, Norway and New Zealand. During his 30-year geological career he has been directly involved with exploration and pre-feasibility studies on two major gold deposits and one porphyry copper deposit, all of which subsequently became producers.

Mr. Knight is a partner with the law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP, who brings with him over 25 years experience in securities and mining law. David's expertise is in the areas of public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and he represents both issuers and investment dealers on a regular basis. David's representation of numerous clients on property acquisitions and development, and his experience in closing large mining transactions will be of great assistance in helping Freegold continue to grow through in-house project developments and on-going acquisitions. David has been recognized as a recommended lawyer in the area of mining law by the LEXPERT Legal Directory, and has been designated as a "Best Lawyer in Canada" for 2007 in the area of Natural Resources Law. From August 2003 to December 2005 Mr. Knight was counsel with Miller Thomson LLP and prior to August 2003 was a partner with Macleod Dixon LLP.

Mr. Dawson is presently Vice President, Exploration of Brazilian Gold Corporation and is a registered Professional Geologist (APEGBC) with 28 years of domestic and international exploration experience. He was the former Vice President, Exploration of EuroZinc Mining Corporation before it merged with Lundin Mining in 2006. Prior to joining EuroZinc, he consulted internationally and held a number of positions with Battle Mountain Canada Inc., British Columbia Geological Survey and Esso Minerals Canada Ltd. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Geology from the University of Manitoba and a Master's of Science in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Moore is a Director of Goldcliff Resource Corporation. He is a graduate from the University of British Columbia from the Faculty of Commerce (1976) and from the Masters of Business Administration program (1982). He has held junior and senior executive positions with various companies, including Agra Industries Ltd, Canuck Resources Corp. Trionics Technology Ltd, Trivest Management Inc., Global Securities Corporation, Pacific International Securities Inc. and HTI Ventures Corp.
